Russell & Abbott Is Hiring!

Would you love to love your job? Then join up with a leading HVAC company that’s been keeping homes and businesses in East Tennessee comfortable for more than 40 years. All employees at Russell & Abbott work toward a common goal, which is to ensure our customers have an excellent experience every time. We strive to be a place where people want to work!

Russell & Abbott currently has the following job openings we’re looking to fill with quality applicants:

  • HVAC Technician (Full Time) – This is a job for a person who has enough skills and grit to do the job. You don’t have to know everything, but you must be willing to train. Industry experience isn’t necessary—however, as you’re learning, expect to crawl underneath houses and be in hot attics.
  • Lead Installer (Full Time) – This is for the experienced team player who knows how to manage an installation job from start to finish, as well as manage people so their individual strengths are used. Tasks for a lead installer include, but aren’t limited to: making sure all materials are in hand before departing for a job site, brazing with nitrogen, confirming the system is working before leaving a job site, communicating essential information with the homeowner, and reclaiming refrigerant when the job is finished.
  • HVAC Maintenance Technician (Full Time) – Suited for the person who wants to become a full-fledged tech and grow a career (not just a job), this position allows you to serve Comfort Club Members with their routine maintenance needs while learning service and people skills.

If you’re interested in these positions, call (865) 302-3221 or email us. Your inquiry will be kept confidential.
