We are an employee-owned company. We want you to know we’re available whenever you need us, which is why we offer extended hours (Monday–Saturday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m.) and have staff taking phone calls so you won’t end up sent to an answering service or call center. You work directly with us!

We take pride in our technicians: they’re skilled in both HVAC service and making customers feel comfortable. They’ll arrive at your house in a well-stocked truck to help complete jobs fast. We offer "No Surprise, No Hassle" pricing upfront, and our Comfort Club helps keep away any other surprises from a malfunctioning HVAC system. Maintenance is the most important service we offer! 

Why Do You Have a Dog on Your Advertising? 

Say hello to Olive, a Labrador Retriever mix whom one of our employees adopted from the Blount County Animal Center. Olive became a treasured part of the Russell & Abbott team who maintained "office hours" during the week and napped on her favorite blue couch. Although the original Olive now spends time with her family, we’ve adopted her spirit: trustworthiness, friendliness, reliability. Everything you expect from man’s best friend. Give us a whistle—and we’ll come running!

More recently, we’ve kept our shelter pet tradition alive by adopting Onyx, another Labrador Retriever mix, from our friends at Blount County Animal Center. Onyx was an owner-surrender whose original name just happened to match our branded line of heating and cooling equipment, ONYX™. He hangs out at our office each day and goes home with staff at night. Stop by and meet him! Onyx loves treats and belly scratches.
