It must snow at least 1 inch between 12:01 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. on December 25, 2023, as reported by the National Weather Service at McGee Tyson Airport.

In the event that it does snow at least 1 inch on December 25, 2023, we will reimburse for any monies spent for HVAC systems, products, or services between October 1, 2023, and December 11, 2023, on or before midnight February 28, 2024.
