I really like the technician that came out but it normally takes him approximately half an hour to do the service. This time it did not seem like he was there 10 minutes and normally he calls when he is on his way but I didn’t receive a call either. Please ask them to do a precall to let me know they are on the way and come to the door as soon as they arrive. I do not have really good eyesight and like to know who is in my yard .
